Jena Tadlock Enfinger isn’t just someone who learned the roofing business—she was born into it. As the daughter of Dale Tadlock, founder of Tadlock Roofing, Jena has spent her entire life immersed in the values, standards, and work ethic that built one of the most respected roofing companies in the region. From a young age, she saw firsthand what it means to do things the right way—to build a business rooted in quality, care, and community.

Together, Jena and Michael Enfinger took that foundation and grew within the Tadlock family, learning not just the ins and outs of the roofing industry, but also how to lead with integrity and serve people with purpose. That experience shaped us deeply, and we carry it with us every day.

Rare Breed Roofing was born out of that legacy—but it’s also something new. We’re building a company that honors where we came from, while forging a bold new path. One that brings together expert craftsmanship, personal connection, and a drive to do things differently. We’re not here to blend in—we’re here to raise the bar.
